I met Michael Friday at 11am and returned Saturday at 10am and was out of the door by 12:30 pm. Service was fast, friendly, and professional with no fluff. No-pressure environment. Michael and his teams communication was quick and clear. Was not held hostage by F&I at the end, he was so fast. What was his name? He was great, though. We were out the door!! Best experience at a car dealership ever. Period.
